Support Engineer
Location: Hazel Grove, Stockport
Job description: Electronic Support Engineer c £20,000 - £25,000(dependant on experience) in Stockport. Growing private Gas Detection Company looking for Production Support Engineer to design and update production test equipment, and update and maintain Gas Detection products.
Varied Role encompassing software and hardware design, with opportunity to expand into product development.
Would suit self-motivated recent electronic or computing graduate (HND or BSc) ideally with some industrial experience.
Minimum Qualifications HND or BSc in Electronics or Computing.
Minimum Skills Software Design- Basic, Analogue Hardware Design - Basic, Schematic Capture, PCB layout & Documentation.
Additional Skills. C, Labview, Embedded Design, Microprocessors -PIC, PADS PCB & Schematic, C++, Software Test, SIL Test & Documentation, Software Static Testing & Dynamic Testing, Simulation Software, Hardware Debugging/Test, Curve Fitting
